Make Your Own Magic

- and put some life into your holidays -

There Must Have Been Some Magic ...

Did you ever wonder what was so special about that old silk hat they found? What is the Spark of Life? Could it have something to do with... electricity?

At the Winter Solstice, we celebrate the lives of those who are crazy enough to risk fate to steal fire from heaven for those they love. We suspect that the light was inside them all along.

This year we have chosen Prometheus (shown here in one of his more modern incarnations.) He may seem a little impulsive, but his plans demanded action. Stealing fire from Heaven, he brought man light and heat and also the fires of technology.

Today, the Magic is in your hands. Don't Wait-  get out there and make your own myths and your own magic.

At this holiday time, we wish you all the Joy and Light of the season, every season in turn. Whether you are into hibernation or celebration, in your heart, as in the heart of the wheat, enjoy the fruitfulness of the past and nurture the kernel that is the promise of the future.

May your Dreams be as Bright as the Northern Lights and your Hearts as Warm as Live Arctic Fur. We wish you the Brightest of New Years -  Safe Haven, Snug Harbour and Always the Welcome of a Loving Heart.

As winter dances over the land, remember that you always have a warm, safe nest in our hearts.
